In this hands-on class, students will learn essential food prep and knife skills as they make tacos, nachos, quesadillas, homemade salsa, and guacamole from scratch. Instructor Jenny Beland
Jenny Beland is a self and industry-taught chef, former bakery owner/operator, caterer, and lover of cooking (and eating) good food. Her focus is on making everyday food delicious and preparing it approachable and fun. Throughout her culinary career she has worked with graduates of the Culinary Institute of America, The New England Culinary Institute, and Le Cordon Bleu, as well as numerous talented, non-traditionally trained cooks and chefs.
