Anyone can join this class. This STEAM class will review the concepts of electrical circuits and introduce NEW advanced electrical components such as Transistors, Capacitors, and Integrated Circuit Chips. Snap Circuit Projects will include creating various sound effects, using light/sound sensors, logic circuits, and stroboscopic effects. Students will also have hands-on electrical projects with multimeters, electromagnets, static electricity, motors, water sensors, and simple game creation.

Location: ARTS HUB - 515 School Street, Waupaca, WI 54981

Instructor Aarick Danielson

Aarick is a Waupaca High School grad. He studied Electrical Theory and Nuclear Science in the US Navy where he became an Electrician's Mate First Class, EM1(SW). Aarick currently works at Waupaca Foundry as an Industrial Controls Technician, designing and implementing factory automation. This includes drawing electrical schematics, machine control, operator touchscreen interfaces, and robotics programming. He has a gift for taking complicated concepts and making them easy to understand
