Join us for a delicious cooking adventure as you learn how to make your own homemade calzone! We'll mix, fill, fold, and bake these tasty pockets with a variety of flavorful ingredients. Along the way, you'll practice measuring, preparing, and assembling your meal while building confidence in the kitchen. No experience is needed; just bring your curiosity and appetite! After everything is baked to perfection, we'll sit down together and enjoy the delicious calzones we've created.

Instructor Jenn Beland

Jenny Beland is a self and industry-taught chef, former bakery owner/operator, caterer, and lover of cooking (and eating) good food.

Her focus is on making everyday food delicious and preparing it in an approachable and fun way. Throughout her culinary career, she has worked with graduates of the Culinary Institute of America, The New England Culinary Institute, and Le Cordon Bleu, as well as numerous talented, non-traditionally trained cooks and chefs.
