Be Kind and Respectful
Treat other visitors, staff, and volunteers with kindness.
Use polite language and keep hands and feet to yourself.
Respect personal space.
Stay with your Grown-Up
Children must stay with their parent, guardian, or designated adult at all times.
Adults are responsible for supervising the children they bring.
Use Exhibits Safely
Explore, touch, build, and discover gently and responsibly.
Follow posted safety signs and staff instructions.
Keep materials and equipment in their designated areas.
Care for the Arts Hub
Help us keep the Arts Hub clean by putting items back after use.
Food and drinks are allowed only in designated areas.
Please handle all exhibits and materials with care.
Keep Our Space Safe
Running, climbing on non-climbable structures, or rough play is not allowed.
Report any spills, broken items, or unsafe behavior to staff right away.
Weapons, dangerous objects, or harmful substances are not permitted.
Be Considerate of Others
Share exhibit spaces and take turns.
Keep noise at a reasonable level so everyone can enjoy their visit.
Photography is welcome, but please respect others’ privacy.
Health & Wellness
Please stay home if you or your child are feeling sick.
Wash or sanitize hands regularly, especially after play areas.
Follow Staff Guidance
Staff and volunteers are here to help.
Visitors must follow all instructions from Arts Hub personnel.
Unaccompanied Minors (Ages 10+)
Children age 10 and older may visit without an adult if a parent/guardian has purchased annual membership, provided permission and emergency contact information.
Unaccompanied minors are expected to follow all Arts Hub rules without supervision.
They must sign in on arrival and when they leave the Arts Hub, behave safely and respectfully, and follow all staff instructions.
Unsafe behavior, disruption, or failure to follow the Code of Conduct may result in parents being contacted and the child losing independent-visit privileges.
Violation of this Code
Visitors who do not follow these guidelines may be asked to modify their behavior or, if necessary, leave the Arts Hub to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests.
