Halloween Pumpkin Carving Workshop Oct 27 & 28

Tuesday & Wednesday, October 27 & 28

Class Times: 5:30-7:00

Hours of Instruction: 3

Ages: 4th Grade-Adult

Fourth through Sixth Grade must attend with an adult – Please register as one. You will be working on one pumpkin. The adult should be ready to assist the child.

Registration Deadline: September 7th

Experience the excitement of creating a stunning carved pumpkin just like the ones featured at Halloween on Main! Local artist Jim Miller will guide participants through the process of transferring a design onto a pumpkin and carving it to create an eye-catching masterpiece with that signature Halloween glow.

Each participant will complete a beautifully carved pumpkin that will be displayed in Waupaca Town Square as part of Halloween on Main celebration.

Please Note: Due to the use of carving tools, this workshop is open only to participants in 4th grade and older. Be sure to follow the Arts Hub website and social media for additional Halloween-themed classes and family-friendly activities designed especially for younger children.

Location: ARTS HUB - 515 School Street, Waupaca, WI 54981

No refunds will be offered within two weeks of the first class.

Instructor Jim Miller

My name is Jim Miller, and I have been carving pumpkins in Waupaca for over 25 years.

In this class, I will show you how I carve pumpkins, which may be a little different than how you carve them.

I will show you some tricks I have learned over the years.

This class is for all skill levels, and most importantly, is to have fun while learning something new.
